AERODROME STANDARDS
Standards and Recommended Practices for Aerodromes were first adopted by the Council on 29 May 1951 pursuant to the
provisions ofArticle 37 of the Convention on International CivilAviation (Chicago 1944) and designated asICAOAnnex14
to the Convention. The Standards and Recommended Practices were based on recommendations of the Aerodromes, Air
Routes and Ground Aids Division at its third session in September 1947 and at its fourth session in November 1949.
Feux de balisage aéroportuaire
La certification des feux de balisage d’obstacles par la division Equipements du Service
Technique de l’Aviation Civile (STAC) est fondée sur les textes réglementaires suivants :
• Article 2 de l’arrêté du 25 février 2009 portant création du STAC ;
• Article 4 de l’arrêté du 25 février 2009 fixant l’organisation du STAC ;
• Arrêté du 28 août 2003 modifié1
relatif aux conditions d’homologation et aux
procédures d’exploitation des aérodromes (CHEA).
• Arrêté du 18 juillet 2003 relatif à l’utilisation des croix lumineuses sur les pistes
fermées en totalité
